What this training is, plainly.
You'll carry a clinical caseload — adults with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, panic, couples and family work — under licensed supervision. You'll get an hour of individual supervision a week, plus group consultation. You'll do real intakes, real treatment planning, real terminations. You'll see the unflattering parts of clinical work, not just the polished ones.
The orientation is integrative — primarily CBT, ACT, and short-term psychodynamic — with active training in evidence-based treatments for social anxiety (CBT for SAD, exposure-based protocols, ACT-informed approaches). We're a busy practice with a steady caseload pipeline; you won't sit around waiting for clients.
